we had an amazing stay at LaSuite, the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, making me feel truly welcome. The location is perfect, close to attractions, shops, and public transport, which made getting around so easy. room itself was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable, very relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and can’t wait to return!
We had a four star experience. The staff, the breakfast and the location were fabulous. We were able to get to everything so easily either walking or by train. We would definitely stay again and it was one of the highlights of our six weeks in Europe.

Absolutely loved our stay at La Suite West. The room was warm, clean and dark for a good night's sleep! The decor was lovely, the shower was powerful and the location was just brilliant with just a 2 min walk to nearest bus stop and train station. The staff were welcoming and they kindly put balloons in our room for my husbands 40th birthday which was a lovely touch. The breakfast was great however my husband is vegan and there was no margarine spread, only butter which we found odd. But there were plenty other options eg, vegan pastry, oat milk, fruits etc. I highly recommend this place for a stay in London and if I need to stay in this location again, I will definitely be booking this again!
Perfect location with 2 metro station in 2 minutes walking, many shops and restaurants around. Fair breakfast. Good service. Toilet with water sprayer. Mrs. Jehan was very welcome person and she help us a lot.
This was a Virgin Experience and I was a worried due to some of the negative reviews. Honestly, we had a great stay and very much value for money. The staff were friendly and accommodating - we had no problems. The room was clean and a good size for London and the cost. Breakfast - lots to choose from. So, yes I would recommend this hotel.
Room was spacious and clean. Customer service was polite and fast to respond. Location was superb with halal food and plenty of supermarket nearby. Definitely a place to come back again!
